I'm between two sizes – which should I choose?

If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger one – a little extra room is usually more comfortable than shoes that are too tight. With 365 days of free returns you can easily exchange if the fit isn't right.

How do I measure my foot?

Stand on a sheet of paper in the evening, when your feet are at their largest. Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres. Measure both feet and go by the longer one when you compare with the brand's size chart.

How long do I have to return my shoes?

You get 365 days of free returns. The shoes must be in their original condition. Pack them, attach the return label and drop the parcel off with the carrier shown on the label.
